SLEEVES and BUSHINGS
Dakoko is perfectly equipped for manufacturing parts needing extensive internal and external machining, e.g. sleeves and bushings. After all, we have a machine park to meet every possible requirement.
For example, we manufacture distance sleeves in an optimal fashion on our CAM-controlled automatic lathes.
However, we prefer to manufacture more demanding press-fit bushes, plain bearing bushes or bushes for use in the electrical industry on our Swiss-type CNC machines.
In both cases the cost–quality ratio is ideal.
In this way, we can undertake all kinds of jobs where cold forging cannot be deployed – maybe because the walls are not thick enough, tight tolerances have to be observed or the production volume is too low.
For sleeves and bushings, we also develop attractive production concepts in accordance with your drawings.
