Utmost precision is the basic prerequisite for hydraulic components.
By manufacturing high-precision hydraulic components for many years, we’ve gained a great deal of valuable experience which we’d be delighted to pass on to you.
Particularly if you want to manufacture in high volumes, we’re in a position to offer you favourably priced components from every field of fluid technology thanks to processes we’ve optimised over many years.
Our portfolio includes:
- Components for compression fittings made of stainless steel in line with DIN 2353 and ISO 8434:
- Union nuts
- Cutting rings
- Female swivels for hydraulic applications
- Hose fittings for hydraulic applications
- Hydraulic components in accordance with your drawings and/or with norms such as ISO 8434, JIC Fittings, Japanese JIS or Komatsu Standard as well as ORFS and British BSI Fittings
We also make hydraulic components from special materials, e.g. for the process industry.
Should union nuts be turned or pressed?
Turned union nuts have clear advantages over pressed ones, particularly when cold forging is simply too expensive for smaller series of drawing parts.
Another advantage is that the surface quality of sealing surfaces is better if parts are turned.
If special materials are to be used, e.g. stainless steels with very high nickel content, reliable turning prevents the fine cracks that can easily occur during pressing.
