Hydraulic components

For hydraulic components, the highest precision is an essential requirement.
Because we’ve been producing high-quality hydraulic components for many years, we have valuable experience as a manufacturer that we’d be happy to share with you.

Particularly if you are having large production volumes manufactured, we can offer sophisticated components for fluid technology at reasonable prices based on our processes that have been optimized over many years.

A selection of what we can offer you:

  • Components for compression type fittings made of stainless steel according to DIN 2353 and ISO 8434:
    • Union nuts
    • Compression rings
  • Pipe sockets for hydraulic applications
  • Connectors for hydraulic applications
  • Hydraulic components from drawings and/or based on standards such as ISO 8434, JIC fittings, Japanese JIS and Komatsu standard as well as ORFS and British BSI Fittings
  • Valve parts (housing & slide)
  • Turned parts for hydraulic cylinders

We also manufacture hydraulic components from special materials, such as for the process industry.

Union nuts

Should union nuts be turned or pressed? Turned union nuts have significant advantages over pressed variants. This is especially true when cold extrusion is not cost-effective for smaller production series of parts according to drawings. But the surface quality of sealing surfaces is also better with turned parts.

And if special materials are to be used – for example, stainless steels with very high nickel content – turning reliably prevents the risk of cracks that can easily occur during the pressing process.
